How to Apply
Week 1-2: Gradient Sensing
Run the Monday Morning Gradient Audit, create ranked opportunity list, score each using Resource Gradient Detection Matrix, identify top 3 highest-gradient opportunities.

Week 3-4: Reallocation Planning
Calculate current allocation across opportunities, determine target allocation using Reallocation Decision Tree, identify misalignments, draft reallocation plan with timeline and milestones.

Week 5-8: Staged Reallocation
Shift 25% of target reallocation immediately, measure impact, if positive shift another 25%, if negative reassess gradient or execution, repeat until complete.
