Bees encounter multiple flower interactions before committing to a patch: initial scent (awareness), landing platform stability (consideration), nectar taste (evaluation), pollen quality (decision). Each touchpoint provides information that updates foraging decisions. Marketing touchpoints mirror pollinator assessment: every brand interaction—ad, website, review, purchase, support—updates the customer's mental model of whether continued investment is worthwhile. Pollinators and customers both integrate signals across encounters.
