Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Biological Parallel
Seeds are nature's MVPs—stripped-down survival packages containing only what's essential to test whether the environment supports germination. A bean seed doesn't include roots, leaves, or flowers; it carries cotyledons (minimum stored energy), a radicle (basic root), and germination triggers (environmental sensors). If conditions fail the test, the seed remains dormant or dies cheaply. MVP logic mirrors this: deploy minimum functionality to test product-market fit, gather feedback (environmental data), then commit resources only after validation, just as successful germination triggers the plant's full development cascade.
