Biological Parallel
Predators hunt when energy and alertness peak—lions stalk at dawn, owls at dusk, each aligned to their circadian performance windows. Delaying the hardest task (the hunt) until energy wanes means failure or injury. 'Eat the frog' isn't motivational advice—it's circadian alignment. Attack cognitively demanding work when cortisol and focus peak, before decision fatigue and glucose depletion erode capacity.
