Restaurant Brands International is a multinational fast food holding company formed through the merger of Tim Hortons and Burger King in 2014. The company also owns Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Firehouse Subs, operating over 30,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries. RBI focuses on franchising with approximately 100% of its locations franchised or operated by third parties.
