Gladstone Land Corporation

Gladstone Land Corporation is a farmland real estate investment trust that owns and leases farmland to corporate and independent farmers in the United States. The company owns farms in markets where its tenants are able to grow fresh produce annual row crops, such as berries and vegetables, and includes farms growing permanent crops including almonds, blueberries, and pistachios. Gladstone Land owns approximately 170 farms comprising over 112,000 acres in 15 states.
